Booking:

  • After purchasing your chosen reading, you will receive a Google Form to provide details for your reading.

Turnaround Time:

  • Your reading will be delivered one month after you book. If the delivery date falls on a non-business day, it will be delivered on the next business day.

  • If you book more than one reading, your delivery date may change depending on the number of readings booked. The delivery date may be delayed by up to one business week after exactly one month from when you booked.

  • If there's an increase in orders, the expected delivery time may be subject to change.

  • If I am unable to deliver a order due to unforeseen circumstances, then I have one business week to deliver the order. After the week has been up, you will be issued a full refund. You will only get a full refund if I am unable to deliver your order! 

  • NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS I OFFER THEM TO YOU!!

Subliminals:

  • Please note, we follow the 21/90 rule. This rule states that it takes about 21 days to form a habit and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change. However, building a new and solid routine takes daily effort!

  • With subliminals, it takes at least 21-30 days of consistent listening to see results. Please make sure you are being consistent and set your best intentions to see results!

Updates:

  • I will always send out updates before your reading is due. Although there is no set day for delivering updates, I guarantee they will be delivered before your reading is due.

Same-Day Booking:

  • Available with the specified fee.

  • Please note the change in emergency fees depending on the demand.

  • Weekends: I am unavailable during weekends. For urgent weekend bookings, discuss with me first to agree on a schedule.

  • Eligibility: We can only issue a partial refund. Since you independently sought out and placed the order for our services, and we did not solicit your order, we cannot provide a full refund.

  • Service Agreement: By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to our policies. If you decide that you no longer want the service or if you fail to adhere to our policies, you will only be eligible for a partial refund.
